So happy I worked with JNI Construction. I have a small bathroom that needed a larger shower, paint, fixtures and new vanity. While it sounds simple, this did involve moving the shower drain and plumbing lines, pouring concrete, cutting existing tile, etc. I got quotes from Kohler and Jacuzzi which were over $25K for the shower re-do alone. JNI Construction was able to give me a much more affordable estimate (under $15K, which was my hoped-for budget) and then completed the project meticulously. Arthur and JNI Construction did an amazing job on a small bathroom remodel that involved putting in a walk-in shower, new flooring, smart-tankless toilet and a vanity. Arthur is honest, stays within budget, and makes sure everything gets done correctly! He communicates extremely well, answering text messages promptly, sending pictures to show updates, and talking on the phone when a conversation needs to happen.
